Meeting on the mountain

I have been hearing about Mountain bread bit it is quite elusive in the town I live in. Last night there was a post about turning mountain bread as a nacho substitution. So I went hunting.  I got the corn flavour.

I cut 3 pieces into wedges, lightly salted and put them into the oven for 5 minutes at 150 degrees. Yum. Yum. Yum.  Next time I will have some mince, cheese and salsa.

There have been recipes for mountain bread pizza, noodles and pretty much as a substitute to a lot of high point foods for a low point tasty substitute.

Trying new low point foods renews my objective of living a more diverse and healthy life.  In the past I have struggled to concentrate on more than one thing successfully. It takes motivation and determination to eat to specific points and to work out intensely. I am managing it, carefully. 

Anyone got any healthy tips?  I am seriously considering making fresh salsa lol but that might pass lol
