Lunch by the sea

Shot at Parapaumu beach with my Note 5 from in my car. We stopped to have lunch on our tiki tour of the extensive roadworks for the new expressway.  I liked the way the seagull is framed by the post with the island behind and the overlaying tones of grey.

It is the same seagull throughout. I tend to print three or four and display them in a frame.  The pigeon was a charmer.

I find I like my photographs on our walls and they often feature nature and birds.  When I see them the joy in the moment returns and they are a good meditation focus as well.

I was 46 years old when I begun this blog, female and married with a house full of cats (7). My past is littered with the impact of events that happened when I was a teen. Two loves of my life have been nursing and studying. I just completed my Master of Arts: Media Studies endorsement. My blog will be about the things I think about, that might be better served being written rather than squirreled away in my mind festering. It is the meanderings of my mind as I seek to define myself and my world.

What do you think?
