I really enjoyed this book. I found the information about Fitbit’s origins really interesting and relevant since I am currently using it. It is full of technical information but it is written in a really reader friendly manner and quite engaging. I learnt about some new apps and health startups that are quite fascinating in what they can show us about our genetic makeup and health. My favourite motto from the book is “measure, monitor, motivate” which a good device or app should do for the purpose we are putting it to.
Definitely keep it and reap it.
