Fear Be aware

Fears make no sense
They stop us and we tense
Illogical, disputable
And yet immutable

Fears can be based from our life
Now sources of internal strife
An earthquake, a plane crash
Causing our security to crash

The question is – can we beat them?
The answer could be – if we meet them
One on one, face to face
At a site our safest place

Then it might be discomfort
Rather than fear  now taught
Walk and talk without shame
Playing out the denial game

I was 46 years old when I begun this blog, female and married with a house full of cats (7). My past is littered with the impact of events that happened when I was a teen. Two loves of my life have been nursing and studying. I just completed my Master of Arts: Media Studies endorsement. My blog will be about the things I think about, that might be better served being written rather than squirreled away in my mind festering. It is the meanderings of my mind as I seek to define myself and my world.

    1. Thanks for commenting. Fears are interesting things. Sometimes they keep us safe and sometimes they just prevent us fully living. No matter how many spiders I attempt to make friends with I continue to scream when I see them lol
