Break that cursed dawn

i/

Why does dawn have to break?

Do we suffer in its wake?

Can’t we rejoice for its sake?

And in some way try to remake

ii/

That perfect day that broke abruptly

And resurrect it in no way subtly

To make its end even better

Let it become a new trendsetter

iii/

Of days to come for ever more

Anticipation for whats in store

Not in panicked attempt to retreat

Run, instead to meet and greet

iv/

This brand new day as its dawning

Even if it is through stifled yawning

It could develop either way for you

It totally depends on your initial view

Author:

I was 46 years old when I begun this blog, female and married with a house full of cats (7). My past is littered with the impact of events that happened when I was a teen. Two loves of my life have been nursing and studying. I just completed my Master of Arts: Media Studies endorsement. My blog will be about the things I think about, that might be better served being written rather than squirreled away in my mind festering. It is the meanderings of my mind as I seek to define myself and my world.

What do you think?
