Act, React or Interact

“They” can fill us full of bullets
That travel fully loaded with fear
They can blow up their choices
Dramatically defining their own death

But “we” still have choices still
Of what we will accept
The fear and their reality
Or what we make of it

How is hate so instilled
In young, who have barely lived
And yet, have complete faith
In the right of taking of lives

Does anyone have to be right?
Automatically making others wrong
Do we have to make others adhere?
To what we believe as ‘the” only way

Stop looking out or forward
Stop judging others in any way
The intimacy of your reality is yours
Known but not forced upon others

Be you and let others be them
We do not have to agree
To live side by side in peace
Just respect one another

I was 46 years old when I begun this blog, female and married with a house full of cats (7). My past is littered with the impact of events that happened when I was a teen. Two loves of my life have been nursing and studying. I just completed my Master of Arts: Media Studies endorsement. My blog will be about the things I think about, that might be better served being written rather than squirreled away in my mind festering. It is the meanderings of my mind as I seek to define myself and my world.

What do you think?
